Established in 2020, mold factory is brand new business which JIANYI has invested more than
U.S.D 3.2 Million in facilities including CNC Machinery, Electro Di-Charge Machinery(EDM),
Medium Wire Cutting Machinery, LK 3D Computer Measured Machinery etc.
So far JIANYI has been successfully self-designed and manufactured different molds for Homa,
Hisense, Xiaomi, etc

INJECTION
Since foundation, JIANYI have more 30-year experience of
injection production. So far, JIANYI have 33 sets from 80~1000
tons Haitian injection machineries. Besides, JIANYI introduce
Robot Arm assisting the injection faclities to increase daily
production efficiency. So far, the injection workshop has more
than 130 people, mainly focusing on home appliances related to
the material ABS,PS,HIPS,POM,PC, PP, PA etc..

There are eight parts in total for assembling all spare
parts of the switch, and the accuracy can be controlled at
0.05mm to ensure the one-time installation of the product. Each part is tested respectively before assembly.
Automatic & High Accuracy production facility fulfill the
door switch from production, function and quality check
Facility is equipped with a 5 million high-definition pixel
visual detection system, which can detect the size and
height of the contact after riveting accurately and control
the error to 0.02mm
